Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple’s terms govern the actual purchase, refund, and renewal.
If your subscription lapses, your account stays active but reverts to the free tier; any premium content (e.g. older verification history beyond 7 days) becomes hidden until you resubscribe.
You retain ownership of anything you put into itsme (display name, profile photo, circle names). By using the app you give us a limited license to host and display this content to your circle as part of providing the service. Nothing more.
itsme is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or sufficient to prevent any particular form of impersonation. Use of itsme is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to itsme is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can stop using itsme and delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy → Delete my account). We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Subscription billing handled by Apple continues until you cancel it through Apple.
